About Allwyn
I have more than 20 years of thorough experience in the Clinical (SAS®) Programming area for the Pharmaceutical Industry into roles demanding hands-on programming, oversight and project management, defining specifications, ensuring data quality, scheduling work and resource levels, deliverables and regular liaison between customers and study teams.
Having previously worked in Clinical Research Organisations (CROs) in roles of increasing responsibility including Senior Programmer, Project Manager and Head of Department, I understand the importance of meeting your timelines in a cost effective way while maintaining quality. I have a sound understanding of International Conference on Harmonization (ICH), Good Clinical Practice (GCP), CDISC SDTM, CDISC ADaM and am an active member of ISCR and PhUSE.
I am passionate about exploring new and innovative ways of problem solving.

My 20 years’ experience as a project management professional at corporates like Toyo engineering India Pvt. Ltd., Petrofac Facilities Management, UK and Godrej and Boyce Mfg. Pvt Ltd has prepared me for being an Entrepreneur / Freelancer Consultant. We run and Own a Business named Acquven Business Solutions Pvt.Ltd whose main business is Data Analysis and Providing Software Solutions.
During my Journey I have understood the complex Team dynamics and have also developed various project management techniques such as schedule monitoring, resource planning and cost planning using project management tools.
Apart from my Project management experience, my management degree from Welingkar Institute has prepared me for:-
- Conducting market research on various challenges faced in different industries,
- Team Training with assessment and analysing their behaviour in a team using appropriate and necessary tools.
I believe that my technical know-how, coupled with my substantial experience, will be my key to generate strategies based on the industry’s best practices and customer experience.
Today's biggest challenge is to work in collaboration with one another. This has led me to getting myself certified as a Master behaviour and Group Coach which includes Certified Learning & Development Manager – CLDM, Certified Appreciative Coach & Counsellor – CACC and Certified Psychometric Test Professional – CPTP, through a well-known HR consultant named Middle Earth HR who has partnered with Carlton Advanced Management Institute (CAMI), a global affiliated partner and a research body and also partnered with World HR Board (WHRB). Hence, I am a certified Trainer and Group coach along with psychometric assessment for conducting Team training and providing Team solutions while handling complex mega projects.
